Arginine Super Stack Capsules Reviews
Arginine Super Stack Capsules, by NOW Foods, are a creatine supplement meant to promote pre-workout energy and muscle growth. It has a simple ingredient list and well-known ingredients, so it ranks the same as other creatine supplements in safety.
What’s in it?
Arginine Super Stack Capsules’ creatine comes mainly from L-arginine. It also has a simple herbal complex including common herbs like Yerba Mate, Green Tea and Guarana, along with some other, generally safe extracts. NOW Foods finishes off the list with CoQ10 and Octacosanol.
What are the ingredients used for?
Creatine promotes ATP production which is used in fueling muscle growth and regeneration. Most of the herbs, however, are sources of caffeine and are stimulants rather than energy boosters. CoQ10 boosts the levels of ATP in the blood and Octacosanol promotes more oxygen use.
Do the ingredients work?
Unfortunately most creatine decays into inert creatinine in the stomach, and NOW foods has done nothing to prevent this and it’s side effect: creatine bloating. The herbal complex is very effective at stimulating the body but actually doesn’t produce much energy itself. The CoQ10 and Octacosanol are a bright combination supposed to burn the body’s energy and quickly turn it into ATP. Unfortunately all of these effects are limited in a catabolic state which is brought on by added cellulose.
Is it worth it?
Arginine Super Stack Capsules are only moderately effective, which means they’re worth their very affordable cost. Expect limited results, even when stacking with other formulas.
