Green Magnitude Reviews
Creatine has long been considered as one of the best anabolic agents for the human body.
In fact, if you were to go back in time, you’d find that creatine has been used by athletes and bodybuilders since the 1960s. And while creatine users of the 1960s probably didn’t fully understand how creatine worked, they did understand that it gave them an unbounded supply of energy.
Why is this you may wonder? Simply explained, creatine has the unique ability to enhance the rate at which a body re-synthesizes ATP. And the more ATP you have in store, the more cellular energy you’re going to produce.
So if you’re looking to boost your training intensity and to shorten the time it takes for your muscles to recover between sets, you should consider using a creatine-based supplement like Green Magnitude.
Of course, not all creatine supplements are created equally. Some contain better blends than others, while some are more cost-effective than others. So how does Green Magnitude stack up against its competition?
Let’s take a look…
To begin, let’s give you a quick rundown about this product before we go into the details.
First of all, each serving of this powder-form product contains a whooping 10.4 grams of active ingredients – ingredients that we will discuss here in a minute.
Further, Green Magnitude comes in two purchasing options including a 40-serving and 80-serving tub. In addition, the 40-serving tub also comes in two flavors with your choices being apple or
Now then, let’s move on to more important matters…
What This Product Has Going For It
So every creatine-based product obviously contains creatine. But if you weren’t aware of this already, there are several different forms of creatine from which companies can choose to include in their products.
The most common of these forms is called Creatine Monohydrate. Now, while Creatine Monohydrate is a serviceable option, there are most certainly more capable forms of creatine.
Two of these forms, in fact, are found in Green Magnitude including Magnesium Creatine Chelate and Dicreatine Malate.
While we won’t go too into detail about either of these creatine ingredients, the former is created when creatine is attached to magnesium while the latter is formed when creatine is attached to malic acid.
Both of these combinations help to create products that make creatine more bio-available. In addition, magnesium also acts as an ATP enhancer, much like creatine does.
What This Product Doesn’t Have Going For It
Alongside the creatine found in this product, there are also two amino acids contained in its blend including L-Taurine and L-Tyrosine.
And while we commend the makers of Green Magnitude for trying to include ingredients that enhance muscle protein synthesis, they could have chosen more wisely.
You see, L-Taurine and L-Tyrosine are not at the top of their class when it comes to protein synthesis. Those titles would have to be awarded to the likes of L-Leucine, L-Valine and L-Isoleucine – none of which are found in Green Magnitude.
In closing, Green Magnitude’s blend could benefit from a few tweaks here and there. But the effectiveness of Magnesium Creatine Chealate and Dicreatine Malate more than make up for the blemishes this product contains.
Couple this with the fact that this supplement is stimulant-free and quite affordable at a low-end price of $25.99 for a 40-serving tub, and you’ve got a product that is definitely worthy of consideration.
