Myoswell Reviews
Myoswell is an advanced creatine complex designed to help you “get the most out of going to the gym.”
Advertisements promise maximum muscle building results without breaking the bank. What else does it offer?
• Significant gains in physical performance
• Greater muscle strength
• Increased muscle endurance for explosive workouts
To see if Myoswell could live up to these claims, I did a little extra research on the formula. What I found surprised me. . .
What’s Under the Lid?
Unlike other bodybuilding supplements, Myoswell does not include artificial chemicals or acidic-tasting creatine in its formula. Instead, the product offers great-tasting results with minimal side effect risks.
It achieves this effect through the following ingredients:
Chromium. Chromium is an essential trace mineral that supports healthy blood sugar and cholesterol levels. It optimizes insulin efficiency and enhances fat metabolism. Studies show chromium also suppresses fat cravings and food intake, making it easier to consume fewer calories throughout the day. [1]
Kre-Alkalyn Creatine. Kre-Alkalyn creatine is pH-buffered to maximize absorption. Unlike other creatine forms, it does not break down into the toxic compound known as creatinine.
According to a recent study, “Kre-alkalyn outperformed creatine in most all ergonometry measurements. The most significant proved that Kre-Alkalyn actually lowered cholesterol and triglyceride levels over creatine. pH was also elevated in the Kre-Alkalyn Group.” [2]
Arginine Ethyl Ester. Arginine is a nitric oxide precursor. Nitric oxide widens blood vessels to improve blood flow and enhance endurance. The ethyl ester allows the arginine molecule to stay mostly intact for enhanced absorption. Studies show arginine significantly increases muscle mass, metabolic rate, and the expression of cell-signaling molecules such as cGMP and cAMP. [3]
Arginine AKG. Arginine AKG offers the same benefits as arginine ethyl ester, but the AKG molecule acts as a transport. It shuttles arginine to where it’s needed the most.
Cinnamon Extract. Cinnamon contains cinnamaldehyde which fights against bacteria and fungi. It is commonly used as a digestive aid due to its abilities to relax muscle and stomach spasms to prevent nausea.
Animal studies show cinnamon optimizes insulin efficiently and may increase glucose uptake by enhancing the insulin-signaling pathway in skeletal muscle [4] However, further human research is needed to validate this effect.
R-ALA. Alpha lipoic acid acts as an antioxidant, eliminating free radicals and protecting against oxidative stress. It is commonly used to treat diabetes in 600 to 1200 mg doses, but studies show much smaller doses may have a “significant lowering of the glucose response.” [5]
Are the Ingredients Safe?
Myoswell contains safe, clinically proven, and effective ingredients for improving physical performance. This means you don’t have to worry about long-lasting negative side effects.
However, not everyone responds to the same ingredients in the same way.
For example, one Amazon.com customer wrote, “I managed to keep the same weights with this product like I got with Twinlab creatine stack but it seems to have one side effect on my body it gives me pretty nasty diarrhea, I’m not sure whether to recommend it or not as everyone’s body reacts differently but definitely won’t try it again.”
This side effect could be attributed to the 2 g kre-alkalyn creatine. Creatine is known to cause bloating, nausea, stomach upset, and diarrhea when taken in large amounts.
To reduce this effect, be sure to drink plenty of water while supplementing with Myoswell.
If you are taking medications, consult your doctor to ensure Myoswell is safe for you.
Is MyoSwell a Steroid?
No.
Myoswell does not contain synthetic hormones or prohormones. It is completely legal to use and will not show up on a drug test as a steroid.
However, supplement regulations vary between organizations. Consult the head of your organization to find out of creatine supplementation is acceptable.
How to Use Myoswell
To get the best results from Myoswell, take 6 capsules daily. Customer service recommends taking them in the morning or afternoon.
On training days you can take 2 servings, or 6 capsules, 30 minutes before a workout and 6 more immediately after for “extreme results.”
Most customers, however, prefer to break up their serving and take 3 before workouts and 3 after workouts.
Do not exceed more than 12 capsules daily.
Do You Still Have to Exercise?
Yes.
Myoswell creates the ideal environment for muscle growth, but it won’t sculpt your muscles for you. In order to build muscle effectively, you must exercise regularly and eat a healthy, well-balanced diet.
Will It Make You Bulk Up?
Myoswell promotes muscle growth and definition, but how much muscle depends entirely on you. Your food choices, your exercise habits, and your lifestyle all contribute to how effectively Myoswell will work.
Will It Help You Lose Weight?
Creatine supplementation may cause an initial weight gain of 2-3 pounds within the first week. However, this is primarily water weight not fat. With continued use and regular exercise, Myoswell boosts metabolism and encourages muscle growth for a slimmer, leaner body.
How Long Does Each Bottle Last?
If used as directed, each Myoswell bottle lasts approximately 1 month.

Is Myoswell a Good Choice?
Myoswell has a lot to offer when it comes to building muscle and enhancing physical performance. The ingredients are clinically proven. The concentrations are high enough to promote results but low enough to be safe. And, it comes highly recommended by consumers.
I think Myoswell is a great creatine supplement and it’s worth trying at least once.

Because Myoswell helps you deliver energy to your muscles, the dose of 6 capsules is best taken before a workout with plenty of water.
