Does This Product Live Up To The Hype?
First things first, we have determined that Pro GF does indeed contain a well-rounded, thorough and healthy blend of ingredients.
In addition to 3 grams of creatine ethyl ester (CEE) packed into each serving, you’ll also find that Pro GF contains a bevy of vitamins, minerals and a strong amino acid profile.
You’ll also find that the CEE found in its blend is enhanced by 16 grams of protein and 19 grams of carbs in each serving. Lastly, this product is free of trans fat and cholesterol.
Speaking of CEE, there is also reason to believe that it is safer in comparison to regular creatine. This is due to the fact that CEE is lipophilic by nature, or fat penetrable.
Because it is fat penetrable, CEE is more readily absorbent than regular creatine, meaning that it reaches muscle cells in a timely, effective and efficient manner. In turn, there is often little to no excess left from a serving of CEE.
And what often causes bloating, upset stomachs and nausea? If you guessed excess creatine, you’re right! And because CEE is not often found in excess, this is why CEE-based products are considered to be safer than products which contain regular creatine.
